Issuers compared with B2i Technologies
B2i alternative and B2i Technologies competitors for IR teams
01 What you are paying for
A data feed for your site or the whole IR job
The two products overlap on the website and nowhere else. Lay out what each yearly invoice covers before you compare prices.
B2i Essentials, $3,600 a year
- SEC filings feed
- Press releases
- Stock quote and charts
- Email alerts
- Investor CRM and meeting log
- Ownership changes from 13F and Form 4
- Approval chain and audit trail
- Data rooms and earnings prep
Issuers Public, $17,988 a year
- SEC filings feed
- Press releases
- Stock quote and charts
- Email alerts
- Investor CRM and meeting log
- Ownership changes from 13F and Form 4
- Approval chain and audit trail
- Data rooms and earnings prep
If the website is the only IR tool you need, the cheaper feed is the sensible buy. The gap matters when investor follow ups live in an inbox, ownership checks mean reading 13F filings by hand and release approvals run over email. That work is what the investor relations CRM and the disclosure management software inside Issuers cover.

03 Who looks
Why small caps compare B2i alternatives
B2i has been in IR websites since 2000 and its Essentials price is one of the few public numbers in this market. Companies usually look around for one of three reasons, and none of them is that the feed stops working.
The first is WordPress itself. A plugin based IR section lives inside the corporate site, so theme updates, plugin conflicts and hosting outages on the marketing site also hit the investor pages. Some CFOs want the IR site on its own subdomain, run by a vendor that is responsible for it end to end.
The second is an uplisting. A company moving from OTCQX to the Nasdaq Capital Market starts non deal roadshows and conference meetings, and suddenly needs a record of who it met, what was said and which funds bought after the meeting.
The third is a raise. Once a data room, an investor list and a disclosure log are needed, the website budget gets weighed against the whole IR stack.
04 Cost
What a B2i alternative costs per year
Issuers costs $17,988 a year on the Public plan billed yearly, or $2,999 month to month. That is about five times the B2i Essentials list price, so the comparison only makes sense against what you spend on the rest of IR.
Add up the yearly cost of your WordPress hosting and maintenance, any CRM seats used for investor contacts, ownership reports from a surveillance firm and the hours your team spends compiling them. If that total is close to or above the Public plan, one workspace is cheaper. If it is near zero because the website is your whole IR program, stay with the feed. All plans are on the investor relations software pricing page.

06 Honest view
When B2i is the better choice
Stay with B2i if
- your corporate site runs on WordPress and you only need filings, releases, a stock chart and alerts on it;
- the IR budget is a few thousand dollars a year and investor meetings are rare;
- you want a custom designed IR site that matches the corporate brand page for page.
Choose Issuers if
- you have uplisted or plan a raise and meet funds every quarter;
- you want the IR site off the corporate CMS, on its own subdomain, with release time publishing;
- investor contacts, ownership changes and approvals should sit next to the site, at a known yearly price.
Shortlisting more vendors? The investor relations website providers page compares the main options on one checklist, and the Equisolve alternative and ACCESS Newswire alternative pages cover the managed site vendors.
