02 How limits work

Limits count what you use in the billing period

Usage, not stored items

AI actions, briefs and new offerings count as usage in the current billing period. The counter resets when the next period starts. One action is one Copilot request or one generated document.

Deleting does not free quota

Removing a brief, a draft or a raise does not give the usage back. The quota returns with the new period. Seats and active data rooms count what is open at the same time.

Upgrades are charged right away

Moving to a higher plan, or from monthly to yearly, charges the difference for the rest of the period immediately. New limits open as soon as that payment succeeds.

One subscription per workspace

A workspace has one plan. If you already pay, the plan buttons take you to plan change in billing, never to a second checkout.

Cancel any time

Cancel in the billing portal inside the app. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. Downgrades also take effect at period end, without a card refund.

Invoices for every payment

Every payment produces an invoice you can download in billing. Enterprise on yearly billing can pay by invoice instead of card.

At 80 percent of your monthly AI actions the app shows a notice. At 100 percent new AI requests pause until the next period or an upgrade, and everything else in the workspace keeps working.

03 Worked example

What the Public plan costs against the hours it replaces

An example with round numbers for a listed small cap with a two person IR team. Replace the figures with your own. These are assumptions for illustration, not results we measured.

$40,800

340 hours at an assumed $120 per hour fully loaded cost of an IR team member

$17,988

Public plan billed yearly ($1,499 per month)

$22,812

Difference in this example, before the cost of separate CRM, data room and IR website tools

04 Questions

Pricing questions issuers ask

How much does Issuers cost?
Growth costs $999 a month, or $499 a month billed yearly ($5,988 a year). Public costs $2,999 a month, or $1,499 a month billed yearly ($17,988 a year). Enterprise costs $7,999 a month, or $3,999 a month billed yearly ($47,988 a year). Prices are in USD and every plan starts from checkout on this page.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes. Yearly billing costs half of the monthly price on every plan, so you save 50 percent. Yearly is the default in checkout and you can switch to monthly with the toggle above the plans.
Is there a free plan?
No. Issuers has no free plan. Before you pay, you can build one sample investor brief from public filings on the homepage, without an account. The full brief, the Copilot and every module open with a paid plan.
Can Enterprise pay by invoice?
Yes. Enterprise on yearly billing can pay by invoice. You start from the same checkout as the other plans and choose invoice billing for the yearly term. Monthly Enterprise is paid by card.
What happens when we upgrade during a billing period?
The difference between the old and the new plan for the rest of the period is charged right away, and the new limits open as soon as that payment succeeds. Moving from monthly to yearly works the same way. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid period and is not refunded to the card.
